Yvonne Martini is a founding and managing partner of mm customer strategy GmbH. She previously worked as a project manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consulting.

As a Diplomkauffrau (business school graduate) Mrs Martini is an expert in developing international growth strategies, focussing on segmentation, positioning and market entry strategies as well as the identification of suitable business models. Mrs Martini has many years of experience in creating market models and business plans for the quantitative assessment of recommendations for action.

Dr Müller-Martini is a founding and managing partner of mm customer strategy GmbH. Prior to establishing mm customer strategy he worked as a project manager at Oliver Wyman (previously Mercer Management Consulting) in Munich and London.

As a doctorate Diplom-Kaufmann, Dr Müller-Martini possesses hands-on experience gained in various marketing, strategy and implementation projects as well as academic knowledge in developing market research designs and applying a number of multivariate analysis methods.
